Important Information: At least one person must but 18 to
register for a room/ Rates are per person/per night, based
on the occupancy stated. Prom reservations without deposit ARE NOT guaranteed.
No refunds for early departure, weather conditions, or no
shows. Misrepresentation voids reservation and may result in the
loss of deposit & accommodations. All guests & Visitors must
be registered at the front desk and show ID upon check-in,
and pay visitor and guest charge. Security deposits in cash only, is due at check in and is separate from the room rate ask office for details- check
in 2pm unless notified of late arrival / check out 10am (see above for rates). ABSOLUTELY no personal checks accepted upon arrival. All personal checks must be
received 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Reservations must be paid in
full before arrival (unless notified ). Initial
deposit of 50 percent is required to hold a reservation. If
you send less than the initial deposit required and not fulfill the
50 percent requirement by 30 days, you will be cancelled. If
you have notified by email before expiration. Your reservation
will extend into a payment plan. Again we must be notified
with the expressed specified time line. Although we try to ensure that each reservation is
carefully taken, we are not responsible for reservation cancellations or changes due to
overbooking or incorrect information or misrepresentations forwarded
